Maple Vanilla Granola Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup oats, old fashioned rolled
1/2 cup shaved coconut
1/4 cup almonds (sliced)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 Tbsp granulated sugar (optional for sweetness)
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325 F.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix Well.
Prepare baking sheet by lining with aluminum. Pour the oat mixture onto the tray and spread the oats out.
Bake for 10 minutes, take the pan out and stir/flip the oats.
Place the tray back in the oven for another 10 minutes, until golden.
Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve sprinkled over lactose free yogurt for a low fodmap breakfast or snack. Add strawberries or blueberries for a burst of flavor and added nutrients.
